I've not had it done in 5 years. I was warned that it is not particularly good for the concrete, and that a lot of folks who do the power washing are not properly trained.

The guy from Egners who power washes our house every year is the one who discouraged me from power washing the driveway.

I power was myself, usually twice a year, same goes for birdcage and lanai. I also did the house myself, but used a service once, will probably continue to do myself.

Snow cap is EXCELLENT, I used a hand sprayer and hose as mentioned above, needed to doe this as the stains became more obvious after the power wash....

Sounds like Snowcap is the answer then.

I power wash my driveway every other month. It relieves stress. Today we had it painted with speckled particles and very few shiney ones that the sun hit and makes it look nice. Etched, Power Washed, Two Coats of Special Driveway Paint, Speckled, Shark Grip, Double Driveway, Carport & Golf Cart Garage with Material $1000. Loving it. Don't even think about getting any driveway painting done without the Etch & Shark Grip.

I have a list of other things/people you should power wash. What do you charge?

For you no problem but we now usually only do home games. A mindless chore like washing the driveway or power washing the lanai or carport is good for the mind. It helps me forget about the garbage that is going on in the world for a minute. When we were younger Mrs Nucky made me paint the bedrooms every year. The rooms were getting smaller. I now paint with a checkbook. Kling Painting. LOL.

:Ho: Kling Painting is good. We used them to paint the interior of our new designer before we moved in. THEN we had Steve Kling Painting paint our garage floor 4 years ago. THEN we had Steve Kling Painting paint the exterior of our house last month. And do you know there is an outfit called Kling Towing? I hope to avoid them.

dbussone Kling Towing saw I had a flat pulled over to me and offered to repair the flat while I got to sit in his A/C truck. Better than the company I called. Great family all the way around.

I had E do the house, the driveway was like $20.....so I said "sure". Looked great that day, but I felt the benefit disappeared within a week.

I think I'll keep doing the house, but pass on the driveway.
