Default The Lofts at Brownwood

Here are preliminary site plans for The Lofts at Brownwood.

5 buildings - the small print says 265 units
Garages - appear to be covered, can't tell if enclosed
Clubhouse, pool, pavilion, mail kiosk, dog park

This is a site plan. There are no details regarding whether the units will be sold or leased, fees, taxes, etc.

I found this in the Daily Sun. It refers to annual leases:
"In fact, several new villages are on the drawing board, including The Lofts at Brownwood, available with annual leases and full amenities. This brings apartment-style living featuring a resort-style pool, clubhouse with game room, fitness center and gathering spaces, slated for spring 2020."

I'm glad I live near Brownwood. I feel like my property value just went up. This is all really exciting. Thanks for the link.

It looks like the 44A entrance to Brownwood from the north using Brownwood Boulevard would be eliminated.

Interesting idea...the developer will be leasing these. Being literally within Brownwood, I would think these lofts would demand top dollar in rent. Looking forward to seeing them in 2 years.

Rumor has it a lease company will be running the lofts. Smart move on the developers part
