Default Long Term Patio Villa Rental Price

Hi
To the owners of patio villas who rent long-term what is you current monthly rental price and what do you ay for and don't pay. I have a patio villa which I have had for 5 years as a rental but was never rented long term . I get at least 5-6 months worth of rentals a year.
The other question is if they pick up the internet cost and change provider my smart devices are connected to my account such camera dock lock and thermostat. How do you as owners deal with this. I prefer not wanting to change setup on this because it will involve sync everything to a new ssid and password and being living far away it doesn't make it easy. You can respond in private message if you prefer to keep your information non public
Thanks

All I can tell you is for the 3 or 4 months I would rent out my home in winter people expected cable and internet included , and in the places I would go to in the winter months I would expect the cable and internet to be included, I don’t think many people coming for a short time or even longer want to wait around for cable or internet guy to come and install and hang around house when something goes wrong or set up payment , getting a bill , credit check etc. etc .I wouldn’t even care if they gave me a rent break when I go away in winter I don’t want to be bothered I would move on to another rental

90% long term owner pays for lawn, pest, water, trash, amenity. Tenant in their name seco, teco, cable. If you go to rental sites, you can view long term rentals. Right now very few long term on the market, when the are due for renewal, usually have more than 20 potential tenants to pick from.

The owner of the property pays for that as well as any Maintenace of the home inside and out.
Our long term renter (7 years now) pays for internet, TV, water, SECO, TECO, newspaper.
