Default Long Term Renters

Forgive me if this topic has already been discussed because if it has, I'm asking it again I'm still snowed-in in Rogue River Oregon !!

The question is ~ if I rent a long-term furnished home in TV and my 53-year-old daughter is my roommate (or co-renter) will we (especially she) have full privileges in TV, the same as owners? (for clubs, pool, rec center, etc.)

Any other advice for a potential renter would be very appreciated. Thank you for responding.

I'm pretty sure that as long as one person in the household is 55 or older then both will have access to the same amenities. I'm sure someone will chime in to straighten me out if I gave you wrong info. Best of luck in finding a nice rental, you will love it.

Just make sure the homeowner turns in the ID cards for that rental property. Both you and your daughter will be entitled to get ID cards (paper type, good for one year) that entitle both of you to all TV amenities including golf, rec centers, movie discounts, etc. All that is needed is $50 (total for both ID cards), a form filled out by the homeowner, proof of identity and you're both good. So long as a renter is over 19, the renter is eligible for the ID card if the homeowner has turned in their cards for that specific property.
