Default Walmart selling golf carts on 466 down by automotive.

Height might be an issue in some of the older tunnels.

We shied away from a few models because of the tunnels. The District has information on tunnel heights:

- Two tunnels have a center height of 82"; this cart would have a hard time making it through those tunnels.
- Most tunnels have a side height less than 82"; this cart would need to hug the center to make it through those.
- Two tunnels are listed with a center height of 70" which is likely a typo since it means I could not walk through them without hitting my head

Tires do not look like turf tires, so I would expect it would not be allowed on golf courses.

There must be big profit in Golf cars.
I see a another dealership open on 441/27 just south of Walmart.

Or check out Hwy 200 in Ocala.
I say there's got to be 12-24 cart dealerships on that stretch.

Villagetinker, I saw several golf carts in recent years that appear to me should not be allowed on our golf courses because of their tires. I usually play twice a week now but three or more times seven or eight years ago but cannot remember anybody questioning a persons golf cart tires. How about you?

I have not seen any questioned personally, however I believe the "rules" are turf tires are required, and these tires typically have TURF printed on the sidewalls.

I would hope so! Those tires will create large ruts.

Only 40 miles on a charge does not sound like very much. You would constantly be worrying about how far you can go.

Most of these Coleman products these days are just licensing deals that Chinese companies have made with Coleman to have a reputable banner to sell their products under.

Don't expect the quality or customer service to match any original Coleman product that you bought 20+ years ago.

Personally, I would buy a used 5 year old Yamaha cart for the same price as that one, and it will likely last more than 10 years longer as well.

40 miles per charge won't work if you really travel all around in your cart. Going from Spanish Springs to Southern Oaks (16 miles one way), playing 18 holes, and going back is right at 40 miles round trip. Yes...I go everywhere in my cart...rarely drive my auto inside TV.
