Today it just happens that I am waiting at home, and as I am a retired researcher I thought I would take a look for you. I found something very promising: magyadeli.com in Englewood, FL. They are an online Hungarian Food Store and look very interesting. When I did the search I typed in Hungariaan foods shipped and brought up several companies that ship across the country. Just make sure you check out their shipping prices. Last edited by LuvNH; 12-22-2022 at 10:33 AM. |

Just called, and they said that they have it. If it’s what I’m used to I’ll be a happy guy. Thanks again for all the help.

Here is a recipe.
Homemade Hungarian Sausage a family recipe by guest Chef Peter You can use a food processor in place of the meat grinder, I'm sure they use all these pieces of pork when their making a large batch but I'm sure if you bought a pork butt it will have a good mix of meat to fat. If you don't have the means to stuff the casings just use the sausage as is in your recipe, you might be surprised at how well you do. Order the spice online and give it a go. Good luck, I hope you can continue your tradition. |

We were there this morning to get our Christmas kielbasa. Line was out the door.
And they did have Hungarian sausage available. |
