I would check The Lofts...apartments in Brownwood. Their rec center has a kitchen and dining space. We went to a private birthday party there and it was perfect for what you wish to do.

Stop by Trilliam (spelling) Rec Center at the LOFTS they have an exposed kitchen area as well as an outdoor kitchen set up. No Clue what you can or cannot do in the kitchen
