Default Outside light pole Xmas decoration topper

For the last couple of years there has been someone selling outside light pole Xmas decoration toppers.....they were made out of plastic cups and had a whole bunch of lights in each cup. We would find this guy sitting in his car in a SweetBay or Publix parking lot with the light decoration on it . I have not yet seen this guy in 2014......Has anyone seen this guy? If you see him please send me a PM and let me know when and where he can be found.

I saw him sitting in his truck with a display of the toppers on the east side of Powell Road just before you turn to go to Wildwood.

I saw him but didn't understand that he was selling those things! My neighbor has one and it's very cool. I'll have to go back and look for him.

There was also someone selling them at the Brownwood farmers market after Thanksgiving. They are $25 each.

They look great lit up at night. I'm gonna try to make my own. They are called "sparkleballs".

Check out the website: sparkleballdotcom.

I just picked one up at the Win-Dixie parking lot in Pinellas..$25. The Problem is that they are much smaller than the previous one I had and barely fits over the light pole fixture (with the top off). I am afraid when we get a wind it will blow off???? They needed to go another row on the bottom.

As a follow on to this I've seen plastic Santas that appear to go over the light on the post.

Does anyone know where these can be obtained and if there are options beyond Santas?

Default UPDATE to lightpost Xmas lights purchase

UPDATE: I went back to the man selling these post lamps at Pinellas and he exchanged my light for another one with a much bigger opening on the bottom. NO questions asked. So he did stand behind the product and I would go back to him.
