Structural Lightning Safety Section Contents - National Lightning Safety Institute

Anyone have any good sites about how to plan for lightning strikes here in the Villages? I found the site above which looks good but very much geared to the very scientific and academic minded.

This one from the Red Cross looks more practical-- http://www.redcross.org/news/article...Awareness-Week

Rule # 1. Don't go up on the roof to adjust your TV antenna during a storm. I know someone who did and he was struck by lightning. He spent the rest of his life in bed unable to move.
