Has anyone ever used this place to sell their home? I see the commericals on TV and looked at their web site but wonder what the success rate is. Any experience using sell yourself sites?

BAD IDEA - They like to take your money, lots of it, and then run. We listed our home in Illinois with them, no interest from their web site and after 6 months finally bit the bullet and hired a Realtor. Lost $6000.00 to Buy Owner. The Realtor sold the home. In today's market your best bet is with a Realtor.
