Just wanted to give a favorable mention to "Hindsight" optical in Pinellas Plaza. Had a disaster with Sam's optical and lost $400 because I used my previous frames. They weren't correct, but I could not get them fixed or a credit. Saw an ad for Hindsight, went there, same price as Sam's, one day service is available, and the guy running the place is really knowledgeable. Went back once to have the glasses adjusted and fixed them immediately. This guy, Abraham, is really sharp!

How interesting. I have a complicated eye situation: macula degeneration (AMD), a need for prisms both up & down as well as to "center" the optics and I have cataracts. Dr. Pappas was superb, thorough and he and the entire staff were very patient and supportive. Sorry you had a bad experience, mine was everything I could have hoped for.
