Default Looking To Purchase a Courtyard Villa

Hi,

I am not sure who to turn to so, I thought I would ask here.

I am looking to purchase a Courtyard Villa that needs some work. I have done home remodeling most of my life and I don't mind purchasing a "fixer upper" just to save a few $$$. Carpentry, Kitchen & Bath Remodels, etc..... I have done it all and love doing it. I would live in the home and make it my retirement home.

How does a person find homes in The Villages that are possible foreclosures? Or bank owned? Or someone who has had poor tenants who damaged their home, and now wants out of it all together?

Can someone point me in the right direction?

Thank you for your time,
Gordy

Welcome to TOTV. If you didn't know houses are sold by Village Agents and MLS Agents. They list homes but cannot sale the other as the Villages are not part of any MLS. I'm a retired Realtor and what you are looking for you will need to go thru an MLS Agent. There are allot of them but one company has a web site that list all of listings from MLS in the Village. Even has a link for Bank Owned property. Don't know if I can put it on here but if you want to PM me will be glad to send it to you.
