I have a friend who is looking for a LONG TERM rental…..a villa or small house. She would like to rent annually. She currently lives outside the villages and wants to move here, but doesn’t want to purchase a home. She is on the waiting list for the Lofts at Brownwood, but that’s not exactly where she wants to be. She has her own furniture. I was thinking that most of the rentals here are fully furnished. Would someone be willing to put the current house furnishings in storage since the rental would be a long term rental? Just trying to help her get here ASAP! She’s a lovely lady. Any ideas would be appreciated.
