I have her checking rentfromavillager.com as well as *********************** - any other good resources you suggest we check?

Thanks in advance for thoughtful replies.
Garden sheds fetch more than that in high season!
Maybe 'Airbnb ' will fit budget.

I doubt she can get a whole villa for so little during high season. As I recall monthly rental more like $ 3000/month

Garden sheds are against the deed restrictions.

You may want to see if you can negotiate a long term rate at a hotel. But, I don't think you find anything within her budget. When I first arrived, I stayed at the Comfort Suites for about 2 months in January and February. It was actually cheaper than renting a house, and more comfortable. Although, she would not have access to The Villages amenities without a guest pass.

So is renting Air B&B’s if it’s a room in the house while the owner lives there. It violates both the singly family residential and not running a business out of the house restrictions.
