Default Looking for a 'very' handyman

Need a lanai screen repaired, power wash/clean lanai/driveway of mold, garage door not closing properly, fix front yard light, as well as a few minor indoor repairs. Hoping it's possible to find one person/company who can handle all these things.

We're also looking for a reliable house cleaner.

Thanks in advance

Am I asking too much to expect a single handyman to be able to do all these things?

Should I be looking for an individual or company who 'specialize' at each job?

I do most of these things, it's just not practical for a handyman to do it all. Pressure washing, for example, there are businesses that do just this.

Thanks, yeah I was hoping it could be handled in one shot but I had a feeling that that would be too easy. I'm not good at all when it comes to home projects/repairs and had a friend back home who would take care of any problems. I just might have to invite him down for a visit.
