I walk around loop there daily. IMO that better lot than two that being built on right now. The big duplex one was up for sale about year or so ago for 2 mil plus no horse barn, just big yard and big drainage easement in back. Looks like only 1 or maybe 2 actually have horses. Don’t forget about hefty monthly fees. Those horse farms not in district 4, they in there own district and have own rules which good IMO.

If you’re paying 500,000 for the lot, then building the house, barn, buying the horses, you are not worried abou the monthly fees

If you google Chatam Acres in The Villages. All the info comes up. The last sale there was for 1.8 million.

There is a whole level of the villages that is not offered to the average Joe. Includes premium lots, private vip clubs, and all kinds of things the middle class can't imagine.

That area is within the Villages and beautiful. The prices are very reasonable considering they are 5 acre lots. Resale are rare, but again reasonable considering they have beautiful new homes and barns, plus most are cross fenced.
