Default Stonecrest and the Villages??

does anyone own a home in both the villages and Stonecrest?? I know there have been posts on here ref Stonecrest BUT whom I'd like to speak to is someone who owns in both places?? we went to look at their homes and they are absolutely beautiful and reasonably priced. so was wondering if you owned in the villages also could you still do all the activities here while owning over there. Just a thought that when we are older maybe we'd prefer a place not so crowded. Right now the homes are priced reasonably but we still enjoy all the activities the villages has to offer and we're still young enough to be very active. But down the road???? Who knows??

Two property tax bills and two amenities? Two homes to keep up? Two yards to maintain?

If you lived in Stonecrest and rented the home in tv you would have to give up your id cards to the renters and they would have exclusive rights to your amenities.

I have the best of both worlds. I bought a large house in stonecrest and it is peaceful and quiet, very relaxing. I bought a small mobile home in the villages I use only for my workshop and access to the villages. Paid 69k for having all the access the villages offers. It is a great way to live keeping myself and wife happy. I am very lucky to have a nice dog house to go to in the villages.

You cannot do the amenities "IF" you're not in residence here. As the other poster said the renters get the benefits of them.
