Question LSP location

Lila and I and another couple are coming the third week of April for a LSP. Where are the "creekside vlllas" that they put visitors up in located - or are they scattered about TV. Thanks for your help - you guys are the best!

Default LSV Homes

They are located at the corner of Buena Vista Blvd & Old Mill Run. They're very nice units wife and I stayed there before we bought. They have a pool in the complex, however I would suggest visiting some of the local pools so you can talk with the locals. They also come with a golf cart which is the main mode of transportation. The Market Square is right down the street from where you'll be as are several nice resteraunts.Be sure to look around, ask questions and enjoy. It's really a great place. There are daily open houses for you to look at if you so desire. There will be no pressure put on you by the sales team. Just enjoy yourself and what the community has to offer. Any other questions just ask. Welcome aboard.

Default Creekside Villas

Also included in the villas are a couple of bicycles including helmets.
The villas are quite comfortable. Get out and meet as many people as you can outside Creekside as all of the folks staying there are in the same boat as you are. Talking to people in the squares etc. will provide you with invaluable information. ENJOY!

Were the majority of the units rented during Jan, Feb and March?
Everytime I drove thru the area it appeared as only about every 4th or 5th house was occupied.

So true, when we came for our lifestyles tour, our TV agent, Nanette Tolleson, showed us to our villa and gave us a wealth of information that helped us enjoy our stay. Before leaving she said something like, "If you'd like to look at houses while you are here, give me a call. I'll be happy to show you around. If not, enjoy your stay." We did look at houses and she was extremely helpful and knowledgable without being pushy at all.

BTW, in addition to meeting some wonderful Villagers, we met and have stayed in touch with some very nice fellow wannabe's at Creekside. We were on our first LS tour and they were on their third. They gave us a some great pointers from previous visits. So, by all means, meet Villagers but don't overlook the opportunity to meet and befriend fellow wannabe's.

Wish I were going to be at TV while you are there. I'd love to meet you. Enjoy your stay!

On our first LSV, our sales rep was great. Showed us around but applied no pressure. We saw him part of one day, that was all. Unfortunately he left TV and went into business for himself.
On visit number two, the pressure was incredible. It was like someone trying to sell you a time share. Our sales rep was a pain in the a**. Just wouldn't let up. Even after we returned home, he kept calling and the e-mails were non-stop. Then they all stopped. It was nice for awhile but he didn't return my e-mails or phone calls. I found out later on that he also left TV. I guess he was leaning on us to squeeze out a last bit of commission.
We did buy in TV, but from sales rep number 3.
