I have seen a Goodwill truck parked behind Office Depot (by the old Porter's Store) across from Walmart on 441/27.

You can donate them to Habitat for Humanity at their store on 44.

There is a Salvation Army thrift store at 2901 NE 14th St in Ocala. Donations are accepted at the back loading dock but you need to tell someone in the store you are there to drop items off.
