Smile Map of the Villages

Does anyone know where I can get a map of The Villages? I have a friend who will be coming for a visit later this year and is interested in possibly purchasing. I thought I had seen one once at Walgreen's but did not see it when I stopped by today. Thanks in advance!

You can get a map at any of the Sales Offices in all 3 squares at the Banner Mercantile. They are $5.00 and you get 2. One is everything north of 44 and the other is south of 44 (Fenney etc). I bought one last week.

Any of the Country Club Golf Shops or the Sarasota Custom Club Shop. Be sure they give you the supplement to the main map; both for $5.00.

I was wondering when a new map would come out that would reflect all the new Villages growth. Sounds like there are now two maps, one for the older North Villages and a second for the building-in-progress new South Villages? I can't read the old map without my cheaters, so I guess there is no way they could fit everything on one map : )

For most visitors, the one-page, fold-out orientation map is available free at the sales offices, and includes the new areas. I usually send one to my visitors in advance as a way of getting them oriented. If I need detailed directions to every street, I use my gps.

Unfortunately most of the maps on districtgov are way out of date

http://www.districtgov.org/departmen...ges/RecMap.pdf

This is the best map out there, and it is really simple (which I like).

Its the recreation map.
