Default I Thought I Have Seen It All

I know now that I have NOT seen it all. Hubby and I were leaving LSL today in our car on the main road heading for the Morse Blvd circle. Parked along the road was a golf cart (among others). OK, that is a normal occurrence. It gets better..............

As we were driving past the golf carts, an adult male curled himself up and crouched in the back of the golf cart where the golf clubs would be placed. He then grabbed onto the strap that holds the golf clubs and the cart pulled out of the spot and drove behind us. There were two adults in the front of the two seater cart and I guess a third adult just wouldn't fit in the front seat with them. LOL. Talk about dangerous!!!! OMG. I cannot believe anyone would do that let alone the driver of the cart would allow that. YIKES!!!!!!

Warning, the people in your mirror may be more stupid than they appear. I'm also thinking alcohol might have been involved.

I have seen that but it was a teenager standing where the golf clubs would be and other teens in the golf cart on the seat.

Have noticed 2 young children about 8ish standing strapped in where clubs belong with grandparents driving, kids waving. Guess grandparents took the heart that the first one’s a throwaway. So maybe the second one was a keeper hopefully

Golf clubs are priceless, if it’s safe enough for one’s golf clubs then it’s gotta be safe enough for a person : )

To think, some of us survived growing up without seat belts! I saw someone driving a motorcycle without a helmet on his head the other day. Pretty sure he was in his 70's, unless he is just weather aged. Seriously though, I often wonder why I see some guys driving golf carts with their leg hanging out the side.

After years of working on bike accident victims, I get those who choose not to ride with a helmet. In some cases the helmet saved them brain injury, but it didn’t stop them from being a quadriplegic or paraplegic. Some would choose death over those circumstances.

As far as the knee issue, take a look at their physique usually their gut is so large there’s just no room to keep their legs together.

Or grabbing onto the back bumper of a city bus going down Avenue U on a snowy day to slide down the street when you had those rubber boots on.
