Default Stay safe, everyone

With pending Hurricane Matthew heading to our east coast (my first one, been through several Midwestern tornadoes), please, everyone stay safe.

We all seem to woof at each other occasionally and get on each others nerves, but we all know we want each and everyone of us to be around after the next couple of days.

I am keeping all of the folks in the path of Matthew in my thoughts and prayers. . .

Please check on your single neighbors. We have invited several to join us this evening and spend the night.

Be safe you guys. Hope all of us are not too harmed to continue debating life and stuff after this.

Excellent post.

Especially you. Keep up the good work, please. It gets lonesome sometimes on TOTV.

We are fortunate to live in TV and have such good neighbors. Even though we are out of the country, our in-house pet sitters cleared everything out of our yard, porch and lanai, and two neighbors checked on them out of the blue, knowing we are gone. A third neighbor got a fourth neighbor to take the television down from its wall mount on the lanai. All of this without our even asking. The pet sitters arranged with each other that the dogs would not be left alone even for a few minutes. They are the best and worth every penny. And our Tamarind Grove neighborhood and the good people behind us in Biscayne Villas cannot be beat!

We're still worried about what may come, but our minds are eased as much as possible by these wonderful folks. Praying for everyone's safety.

If you know someone living in a manufactured home in the older section please invite them to stay with you in your "stick built" home until the storm is over for their safety.
