Does anyone know what the maximum allowed height of stone paver fencing is around a patio that is along the street and exposed? (as approved by TV Community Standards)

Also, there are some restrictions as to how close to the street you can be with the stone work. You definitely need to contact ARC. There is no cost, fill out the form, and attach a detailed drawing of what you want to do. Once you have approval, you are good to go. I strongly suggest that YOU contact ARC, I relied on a contractor once, and there was a mix-up with the paper work. Fortunately, it was approved, and we were OK with our work. Also, when you have the approved document, and you contact multiple contractors (you are going to get several bids) they will all be bidding on the same project.
