Default McClure II, Cason Hammock, St. John’s?

Questions for anyone that has watched new development in TV for awhile.
-Does anyone have a ballpark guess as to when homes in these new areas (McClure II, Cason Hammock, St. John’s) will go up for sale?
-Is there a method to this? Like do all the homes in the last couple of new areas have to all sell first before these new area listings are offered?
Any insight would be much appreciated.
Edit… new area of McClure or Hawkins, I may have them mixed up

Not sure, whenever I think I have the utility and earthwork figured out, they do something to shake my sense of things. The 2nd-half of Hawkins in finally being built and it sat ready for 6 months or so. I think they dropped off to finish the homes around Saw Grass.

What I can offer is to check out St. John and Cason Hammock for Turnpike noise. I ride my bike in/by both places and some lots are really close. You probably have to visit 5 or 6 times over different hours of the day to get a handle on the noise.

First I heard of McClure II, where exactly is that going to be? The second half of Hawkins is getting close to the sewage treatment plant.

That is NOT a sewage treatment plant, it is a pair of potable water wells with a 1,000,000-gallon holding tank.

I heard you say that in one of your previous videos. I go by there at least twice daily, (I live in Hawkins) and it sure has a “distinct” smell at times. Are you sure that’s a holding tank for potable water?

Where would the south of 44 sewage treatment plant? there has to be one down here somewhere and it would be good for buyers to know just where that is.
