Just an FYI. Niece is 31. Not a child. She can certainly hold her own

No, the gal in the picture is not Visor Girl, it is Piranha Woman. My wife and I have nick names for all the too serious line dancers.

To the OP, sorry that happened to your niece, but life is going to bring a challenge her way now and then, and experience is a very valuable asset.

What gives you the right to tell a young girl she shouldn't be line dancing with you. Last I heard we all can dance at square. Mean high school girls just become mean seniors. I see you in the white hat.

Yo, a Philly girl did not give them some 'tude?

phillygirl 04-11-2016 08:21 PM

You know I would but might get my pic in the village news!!!

"Visor Girl"? Or "WaterBottle"?

;)

I am like 10 lbs of potatoes in a 5 lb bag and it takes a whole lot for me to get up and dance...I received a snot shot from a nice woman about 10 years my senior and you know when she suggested I go to a less serious area to dance I told her that I was ready to move anyway because the scenery from dancing behind her was unbearable and that it looked like two pole cats in a burlap bag fighting. I was polite when I said it. Needless to say she evacuated the area immediately. I'm gonna be in trouble when I get there from sticking up for others. I'm so sorry for you and your neice, that statement was totally uncalled for. Some people are rough.

Two pole cats in a burlap bag... When you get down here, Nucky, I'm going wherever you do just for the fun of it!

Does WaterBottle bother people?

Sorry about your niece, phillygirl. That dancer probably comes up to the square at 2 pm and ropes off 15 seats, too.

Sounds like a woman was off her mentapause meds. She was probably mad because she couldn't get a man to dance with so she was banned to the line dance section. Isn't that why the line dance in the first place? 😩😩😩

A lot of comments on here about people not being nice at the square.
Yet, I'm reading on here this name calling & some not nice remarks about people you don't even know.
That's not so nice either.
Just sayin'.

You're right but I will say my niece feels better after seeing so much support and I know she will come visit again!!! It also made me feel better. Thanks everyone.

After having read everything, I think I pick your answer as what I would do.

You are much too young to have a 31 year old niece.

:ho:

phillygirl 04-12-2016 09:18 AM

I am!!! How'd you know???

phillygirl 04-12-2016 09:19 AM

Thanks Gracie. We've never met but you always give great advise on TOTV.
