Default Meet and Greet - Upcoming TOTV Get Togethers?

Hi All,

Well I finally made it down for my three week stay and been having a blast getting acclimated. What an experience. Been on a trolley tour, been to LSL and SS, gone to TooJays, and been to Brooklyn Water Bagel (and yes I do think their bagels are better than H&H in NYC.

Yesterday was venturing out by golf cart where I almost proceeded to get myself a ticket thinking I could go on 466 until someone in a car stopped me. Got lost for over an hour in the golf cart trying to make my way back from LSL to Belvedere. Today I'm making my way over to Arnold Palmer to pick up my set of demo golf clubs and plan on hitting the driving range. Tomorrow I am doing twilight golf at Hacienda Country Club.

Tonight I may try to make it over to Havana to see what all the talk is about or some other local spot. Any recommendations for a Tuesday evening?

Are there any meet and greets or TOTV get togethers coming up soon. Looking forward to meeting everyone that I have come to know online.

Larry :

Crisper's luncheone at 3 PM on Friday, August 19th in the Southern Tracce shopping mall is where TOTV meet assuming you will be in TV for that date.

I am glad to hear that you are having a good time.

I still carry my 5 dollars Village road map in my golf cart glove compartment. With the street index on the map, makes getting lost very rare. Have fun in Paradise!!

Welcome BigEast,
Glad you're having a blast! If Katie Bells has good entertainment scheduled, you might want to try that Tuesday night. A suggestion for Wednesday night is Bonefish Grill. They have $5 Bang Bang Shrimp every Wednesday.

Hi Larry,

Hope you are better oriented by Wednesday. I would hate for you to miss your Tee Time. Give me a call if you find yourself turned around!

Rob,

Getting a map made a world of difference. Went to Palmer to pick up my demo clubs and hit some balls to get ready for tomorrow. Even learned how to use rain flaps on cart.

Going to check out Havana CC tonight.

BigEast,

Aren't those rain flaps fun...I got to use them for the first time myself while renting in TV last month. Enjoy your visit. I'm anxious for my return to TV in October.

It looks like rain flaps might be needed tomorrow. It is already raining this morning. Hope it clears up later.
