Default Mercedes dealer

Purchased an E350 last year from Mercedes-Benz of So Orlando by the Millenia Mall. Had problems with the seat cooling system. Fan fell off drivers seat and other fan didn't work. Brought the car in at 10:00am, they finally looked at it about 1:00PM. About 4:00 PM they decided they needed to order parts and didn't want to put the seat back in. OK, we have a free rental. Insisted that I buy insurance on an older C250 loaner. Left about 5:00PM. Arrived next morning, returned the car, I put $30 worth of gas in before the return. They insisted that I owed for two days car rental, and just last week added a charge for gas. I called the car rental agency and they said tough nuggies. Called the dealer and he said tough nuggies. They did fix the problem the next day. I've had the car for a year and it was due its first service. Went to MB of Gainesville. Very professional. Service and a few minor checks was completed within two hours. They informed me that the next time I needed service to call them and they would come pick up the car and return it for no charge!! So if you have a MB or are consider a purchase I would suggest you go to Mercedes-Benz of Gainesville!!

Hi there. we currently have a 2011 E 350 Diesel here, and intend to buy another E Class when we arrive later this year. appreciate the tip on the Gainesville dealership. We currently have good service here in the UK, and would want to look for a reliable Merc dealer near TV. Pity they don't sell diesels in the States yet.

I've been using MB Gainesville for service since we moved here in 2010. They have been a pleasure to deal with even though we didn't buy our MB from them.

Service is fast and fair and they pick my car up and leave a free loaner. Drop off my car after the service and take the loaner back. I highly recommend them and will probably by my next car from them.

I made an apointment to have an alignment done and in the process I needed ball joints. The work would take a little longer than planned but no problem...gave me a loaner car, and they called the next morning to exchage my car for the loaner. Very easy service from Gainsville.
