I think here is a club in The Villages for people who own a Mercedes. If you can find that club, I bet they could tell you about a good mechanic.

AG Motorworks in Leesburg. 352-787-8778. (Gary King owner) Works only on German cars. Very honest. Work done on my 2 cars over the last 7 years and 4 people I referred to them has been perfect. Does not stock many parts so repair turnaround is usually 2 to 5 days. Prices seem reasonable for German cars and certainly less than the dealer. They did a pre-purchase inspection of a used German car a friend was going to buy from a dealer and found several very significant problems.
