Default Mezza Luma Closed?

We went to Mezza Luma last night and it was closed with all the blinds drawn tight.

I know it was the 4th of July and am hoping they were just closed for the day and did not put out a sign.

Please tell me they have not shut down for good.

There was a notice the other day in the newspaper that they would be closed on the 4th of July. It also had a 10% coupon off your meal, excluding drinks. And the coupon doesn't happen to have an expiration date :-)

It wasn't all that long ago that it was almost impossible to find ANY business open on the 4th, or for that matter on any major holiday.

Nicer yet if it was a paid Holiday.

Glad to hear i was a one day thing.

We are part timers and don't get the Sun, wish they had put a sign in the window.

We ate there on the 5th, so they must have been closed for the holiday.
