I rented an airbnb place in Spanish springs before we bought almost 4 years ago and I got guest cards so we could use the amenities.
Middleton doesn’t and shouldn’t get to use TV amenities. Middleton is like Oxford Oaks, so close but so far away from what TV has to offer. Also, if you are a guest trying to make a tee time in the winter, forget it. Anytime you put guest in as part of your foursome, you go to the bottom of the list. Plus Middleton is way too close to the schools: lights, noise, and hundreds of kids. |

make sure your lanai faces north. Any lanai facing west is in for a "hot" time

The big negative for me would be the same reason why I moved to TV instead of a typical suburban neighborhood: Your neighbors will most likely have jobs and won’t be around during the day to do things with you. It’ll be more lonely.

It sounds like the OP is fairly constrained with their house budget and a fence is just adding to that.
I don't say this disrespectfully, but TV is not for everyone. There are many other communities that offer houses with fences that are closer to their price point. This shouldn't be an issue because if OP was willing to give up all the TV benefits and amenities to move to Middleton, then other communities should be a consideration. |

At least one person in each house in Middleton must work for TV, so if you are retired, forget about moving there.

This is not true. Anyone can live in Middleton. If though you have a child and want them to go to the charter school then one parent must work for TV’s or an authorized business supporting TV’s.

Doesn’t that requirement only apply to charter school attendance?

The retired sons still believe block is an art and a better build. Grandsons believe precast is the way to go. None have cast onsite for tilt, due to amount of space. It’s a heated discussion at every family event, although the sons are now late eighties, grands will eventually win.

Very true, anybody can live in Middle, but if you have kids somebody has to work for TV or TV business. Even the VA clinic has that privilege for their children

You should buy a house in Moultrie Creek Village which is right across the street from the high school. Best of both worlds. Access to Middleton and access to all of TV.
