MLS Realtors
Hi... Will be renting in TV in May and probably June, looking to purchase a home. Thanks to your forum, I have the names of several good TV agents in searching new homes. However, I would also like to expand my search of the pre-owned market and would be interested in your take on the best, most knowledgeable, MLS realtors who specialize in TV.

In your search, I would like to recommend Kevin Russell as a Villages agent who only lists and deals with pre-owned homes. He is easy to work with and is very knowledgeable here in the Villages. Good luck in your quest... |

Julia Powell is great. She is a Village salesperson. She sold us our home 2 years ago and has just listed it on the market to sell it. We bought another one from her and are closing soon. Her number is 352-636-6944. Good luck !!!

We found Julie Haines at Reality Executives to be top notch. She sold Villages homes to 3 out of 7 out of town friends we referred. (the other 4 bought thru Roy Robertson of TV Properties) All 7 were very comfortable working with Julie.
