how's that toto??we aren't in Kansas and morse blvd is not the yellow brick road!
If you treated you ex with the same courtesy you treat most folks on this forum, it is no wonder you were unhappy with the deal you got. What goes around comes around, sweetie!

So, with your crayons, why don't you print out exactly where this is stated in the sales contract with TV. Then maybe we will do you the courtesy of respecting what you have to say.

Or, if you can manage, why not scan it in so we are sure you haven't taken liberties with the Ts & Cs the way you do with the use of the English grammar.

We are getting a little confusing with terminology.

A "Realtor" is a licensed real estate broker, not necessarily a sales person, who is a member of The National Association Realtors.

A licensed broker must first pass the sales person exam and then pass a broker exam. Neither of which is easy.

An active licensed real estate broker does not have to be a member of any board or association. I held an active broker license for years but was not a member of any board or association. Had I wanted to participate in sales I would have joined a MLS broker agency or become a member of the association, joined MLS and open my own agency.

A sales person representing a developer selling only the developer's property does not have to be licensed. I believe, for practical purposes, most developers chose to have their reps licensed.

Village sales reps selling third person properties must be licensed. They may not be members of MLS but they are licensed and accountable.

The above applies to Florida.

Sound a LITTLE bitter about those ex-wives , i can't believe with your pleasant demeanor, your not celebrating your 50th wedding anniversary.. I had better luck with my MLS Realtor, she was more aggressive and stayed in touch on a weekly basis. After all my research, I only wanted a pre-owned in the LSL area . I learned early on, that TV saleperson was still interested in showing me the new homes.I know there are excellent Village sales people, i just didn't feel like i had one of them.
