Incomplete order from company owned by Mattress Firm
I ordered a Fashion Bed Group Doral from Olejo Stores owned by Mattress Firm. In the description it reads: includes headboard, foot board and frame. I ask Aaron on the phone if it in fact included the headboard, foot board and frame. He assured me it did. When it arrived at Sumter Place for my mother it was JUST the headboard. I called, emailed and did the live chat with Olejo Stores which is owned by Mattress Firm and they want to charge me $25.00 to deliver the foot board and frame to me. I suggested I drive to Mattress Firm on 441 and pick it up. They will not do that. I have submitted all my contacts with this company to the Federal Trade Commission and have since bought a bed from Badcock and donated the headboard. Olejo has since changed the description on SKU # FBG9845 to read: headboard only. Just wanted to share. Thanks |
