All of the pictures were taken using an old Canon T2i with the standard EFS 18-55mm lens that if dropped is no great loss. And Yes, I am driving to Oshkosh with four as the Cub only holds two.

Someday, I may use my GoPro to record flights around TV to then place on YouTube such as this flight around Chicago going to Oshkosh 2012.

Thanks. I enjoy the pics and video. What airport do you fly out of?

My aircraft is hangered at the Inverness airport located some 24 miles to the west of TV. As my Cub is non-electric, must hand prop to start the engine and use a portable radio. While Leesburg is closer, tower controllers usually have a hard time hearing my transmission and I am so slow in the pattern. Thus, I try to stay away from airports that are tower controlled.

What I was curious about was if TV had a little airport for small aircraft. Thanks for answering.

Great photos. I am a former pilot from way back. Flew Luscombe, Cessna's, T-Craft, owned a 1946 Aronca Chief, also a prop start, Beech, had a 182 on floats, flew in the Airforce, but gave it up 20 years ago. Used to fly the Aronca with ski's in NH in the winter. Had a 1000 runways when on ski's.

If your ever looking for a passenger, love to go up with you sometime.
