Default Poor sound Equipment Laurel Manor

We went a club meeting last night at laurel Manor and as usual the microphone Quality "SUCKS" If you don't put the mike in your mouth you cant be heard. Anybody else have this trouble or is it just me?

It's the same way at Colony Cottage Rec Center.

My guess, most of these rooms are all hard surfaces which tend to reflect sound, if the microphones are too sensitive, then you will get lots of howling feedback. Talk to the manager at the rec center and explain your concerns and see if there is something that can be done.

If I remember correctly there is a master volume control on a wall of some of the rec centers, if you are using their system. Sometimes people overlook that. A wrong impedance mic could also cause this. Rec centers have a tech person. Call them.

Gracie I'll talk to John, but as far as hearing goes there will be at least 150 other people who couldn't hear either. You know it serious when people are talking instead of chewing at the desert table after the meeting.
