So, let's have one of the "30 to 40" addresses.
Why aren't you making that call to get on of the "30 to 40" addresses?

But my understanding is that nobody knows the addresses. They just know that there are no more houses in a certain price range listed for sale on the historical side. Obviously no one wrote down any of the addresses when they were still for sale.

My daughter and her husband are developers in another state. I asked her how long it took to get public records. She told me that it depends on the county and how computerized they were. It is also hard to know who actually bought the property because developers use many names and gave many different partnerships. We will all just need to wait and time will tell the facts. Personally, I believe the rumors.

Making "that call" to who? I have no idea which one of the hundreds of realtors in the area is supposedly saying these things. Are you suggesting I just call realtors randomly? LOL I'll tell you what, you take the first 26 letter of the alphabet and start calling. I'll take the last 26.

You suggested the "district". Nothing mentioned about calling realtors?

If the developer bought the properties, he probably wouldn't have gone through a realtor...?

Bogie, I said if someone has an address of one of the alleged properties they can call the district offices and they will tell you who owns the property. I don't have an address of any of the properties rumored to have been bought by Mr. Morse. I don't think anyone else has an address either. That was my point.

If these properties are currently "under contract" thru TV sales dept, a quick search on TV website selecting "preowned" and check "pending" should show them, yes?

Sort by price (not Open House), then click the little arrow to the right of the "sort by" window to show lower priced homes first.

I see a bunch of Manufactured Homes" showing as pendings on the Historic side.

I'd like to speculate, there is a lot of speculation going on, with this thread.

Time for!

Would any of you stride into a group of people, say by the pool, who were talking -- even debating in a lively tones -- and demand they stop? Because you don't like soccer and were tired of the subject, even though you were not involved?

My wish, foolish, as it may be, is that people on discussion boards would speak and act the same way they would in person.
