Has anyone NOT received this $600 stimulus check? I have not and wondered if maybe I'm not going to get one. I did and was eligible for the first $1200 stimulus (although it was later than most) and since it's based on the same year's taxes don't know why I wouldn't be for this one. Just wondering if it's just later than most or not coming at all.

January 15 was the last day they were issuing checks. If you got a $1200 check in 2020 and your finances didn't change, you were eligible this time.

Direct deposits went in way before the 15th.

The mail has been pretty jammed up but they are finally catching up. If you don't get it soon, something happened to it.

If you owed money on your last return, it'll be a check mailed to you.
If you got a refund or had no return, it was deposited to your bank account already.
I'm still waiting too.

I wonder if they process the payments going in alphabetical order according to your last name. I haven't received the second payment either. My last name begins with an S.

When we received our $2400 stimulus check last spring, it was direct deposited. Then last week I kept looking at my checking account, and nothing. I went to the mail box and there was a government check for $1200, they work in mysterious ways.

This is what we experienced.

If you don't get a check or direct deposit when you do your taxes this year you can get it as a refund. There is a form and line to do it. When looking at my TurboTax program for this year that was one of the "forms" you can calculate amount due even if it is only a partial amount.

This may be controversial, but I assume most of us here in TV don't need handouts. I'm shocked the checks go to anyone who made less than $75,000 Wow I would think one should apply for stimulus if they REALLY NEED it. But just my take on it.

Just received ours in the form of a credit/debit card. Be careful not to throw it out as it looked like junk mail.
