In the past it has been the Gardenia/Camellia, but that was before the other flowers; Lily,Iris, Begonia..

The whole bouquet is lovely, Wisteria, Bougainvilla, I can't think of the rest.

They're all beautiful. We chose the Lily.
If it is still available go see the model on 2952 Duke Terrace in Sanibel.

We intend to build the Bougainvilla, we narrowed it down to designs with kitchens located in the rear.
Also < $200K

We are I love, and hope to live in the Sunflower ...golf cart garage included in the base price, 2 closets pp in the mbr and a separate dining area ... Can' t wait. Good luck with your decision. When you walk into the right one, I do believe, you will know it!!

I picked the Iris!!! I didn't want my cat's litter box in a bathroom so I wanted a floor plan that had that niche off the laundry area!! So, I picked my floor plan with my two cats in mind!!

It's the Lantana for me! I knew the minute I saw the first one.

It is an Iris for us. Comes with the golf cart garage. We took the expensions so it will be
bigger. Liked the layout the minute we walked in. Good luck picking.

I picked the Iris. According to many salespeople that I have asked the same question at the daily model homes, they all say the Iris is now #1, followed by the Begonia/Gardenia.

Thanks Sable - We have 2 cats and I never considered that !! We have been leaning towards a Begonia, but I think i'll revisit the Iris. We will be down in TV in Sept. to rent and our Design Appointment is in Oct. So many decisions !!

I think the most popular are the Gardenia and Lantana. So many people seem to buy them and once your in one, you've seen them all. Personally they are NOT for us, don't really care for them. We bought the "brightest" home in the Villages (love sunshine) and it was called the Oleander. the reason I fell in love with it is the kitchen is beautiful (with an island) and leads out to lanai so I do most of my entertaining eithe rin kitchen or lanai. I'm glad they stopped building it because now it's more unique and not like every other home with the open floor plan. Just a personal taste. I do like the kitchen in the Brigeport also. They have a beautiful kitchen that even has desk in it. They say the kitchens also sell homes.
