This is an update on Moultrie Creek, Shady Brooke, and Central Parkway in The Villages. My last video was about five weeks ago in this area, and the progress made is astounding. A temporary road is being put in that connects Rt. 470 to Central Parkway suggesting that Rt. 470 east of Bexley Trail up to just west of the county line will be vacated to allow land development south of Rt. 470. This also suggests that Bexley Trail will open soon down to Landstone Blvd.
