If you pay off your Bond, does anyone know how long it takes
to show up as paid on the Sumter County Property Appraiser?

It depends when you pay it, if you pay before mid July, it won't show up on you December tax bill

You should receive a statement by mail that it has been paid once it has been processed by Sumter County.
