Sounds like they need a passing lane.

improve safety…..is it bad?

Your assumptions don’t make sense…..
I would NOT call them assumptions. They are the answers to the questions that I was asked about.

In my experience, impatient people won't wait for a passing lane. They want to go NOW!
But it is a nice thought. Kind of like locking your doors only keeps honest people honest.

I clocked several LSVs par carts and star carts at around 38 mph. Going up B/V. I was doing my civic duty while also breaking the posted speed limit. Which re-enforces my theory nobody licenses golf cart to go extra 5 miles per hour. They do it so they can go 35 plus.

Can't say I'm all that surprised. Why cheat for dimes when it's so easy to cheat for dollars. Dishonesty! They deserve the worst that can happen to them, but only to them.

..........There are also a lot of high tech Police equipment - like drones that could improve safety in The Villages.
Yes... We need a SWAT Response Team (and high tech drones) for 3+ (soon to be 4+) squares in an area that is, arguably, one of the safest in the country...
