Default MVP club

Went to MVP in Brownwood and went into the men's locker room and thought I was in a gay bathhouse. And it was a lot of younger people walking around naked. It's really not my thing and I wish they could have a second men's locker room for straight men. Just saying.

On May 10th I've been a Brownwood MVP member 4 years. My neighbor that I play golf with, joined about a year ago and he said to me, he couldn't stand going in the lockerroom for all the naked fat people. I told him just use one of those lockers out by the weights, which he did, but since then he has put his membership on hold. There are quite a few really big fat guys who think it's neat, or OK, or whatever to stand around naked, I almost feel like saying get a towel. They also seem to think it's great to sit naked and watch the TV in the back. Hopefully they've got a towel with them. I try and get in and out as quick as I can. It's not a pretty sight straight or gay.

So I guess you've been in a gay bathhouse before?

Not that there's anything wrong with that (epic Seinfeld quote).

What I'm trying to understand, is how someone can look at a naked body (unless two of them are embracing or ???)...and determine their sexual orientation?

There are a lot of heterosexual people...who enjoy being unencumbered with clothes.

They're called 'nudists.'

When things bother me, or I'm uncomfortable...I just quit putting myself in that situation.

Why don’t you just go there dressed in your gym clothes and have a workout. Forget the locker room if it bothers you that much.

I have never been in that particular locker room but I have been in many locker rooms in my life in various gyms including YMCA's where this is very common. When I was a kid growing up in schools we all showered naked together after gym class. The YMCA I went to as a kid had a pool off the locker room and everyone swam nude. What do you expect to see in a locker room where people are dressing or undressing to workout and shower ?

I expect not as must diva displays, the no shame, see what I have. Normal people shower, dry and get done, they don't hang out naked

In the interest of clarity, Chi 33 has no relationship to Chi-Town. However if Chi33 was a 300 pound Chicago cop I may have seen him on occasion. In fact, many occasions. [emoji57]
