Come to Fernandina for your house. Great location and WONDERFUL people. Even those people next door in Gilchrist are pretty nice.

Congratulations! We won't be there for a few years, but bought our house in Buttonwood last May. Didn't want to wait, so for now it is a vacation home. Hope we have as good as luck as you, when our Massachusetts home needs to be sold. All the Best in your home search!

we hope ours sells , maybe not in 2 days, but soooooon....we are certainly trying to make it as attractive as possible.
I read that the market for selling homes in the $200,000 range and lower is good right now in the USA.

We remodeled kitchen thinking it was our retirement home and I outdid myself .. it is gorgeous -all new appliances.. etc.. people went nuts for it.. turned into a bidding war unfortunately - plus our house was below $200 K so as another poster noted. it was in the right bracket for sellers looking for a good solid home.. plus I have a great guardian angel (my Mom) who looks out for me.

We are closing on our preowned home in TV on NOV 16th , NEXT WEEK!!!, Oh my goodness ...I can't wait but has been areally hard job moving in such a short time frame.. I work better under a deadline, so we are getting it done day by day !!!
