Coming up on our 1 year home inspection. Who does the best job?

I used A-1 Villages Home Inspection, Pat DeGioia....he's a Villages resident with a long background in inpsections; the warranty office takes his reports generally without question. A year ago his fee was $199 for the inspection, written report, and followup visit to ensure fixes were done properly.
