Thanks for clearing that up.

1. Notify in person of his/her violation.. Make a written note of when this was made
Attempt to have a witness present

2. If no results... attempt again verbal... then send a registered letter of the
violation and your future actions that will be taken

3. After 15 days.. if no results... obtain an arrest warrant for destruction of property and or trespassing... however on the trespass notify this also verbal and in the
certified letter (signed receipt)

4. A court date will be set when the warrant is served.

Lets us know the results for future residents and their violations of this type

The barking may be an issue but the dogs pooping in their own yard is NOT your problem. It is not your yard. Go into their yard and you are trespassing.

Is it really so bad that you want to move? If so, move!

Careful.....your next door neighbor might have you arrested if you let your dog up on your chair!

I liked your joke though.:)

tomwed 11-22-2014 08:32 PM

Oh the pic was good. How about we wait until tomorrow for me to sort this out?

dbussone 11-22-2014 08:33 PM

:big bow: thank you. I've been enjoying yours as you can tell.

It seems like you have a better case with the barking. Be relentless.
