Would be interesting if there were separate leagues within like divisions. Currently, each division of the rec leagues alternate between the Saddlebrook complex and the Buffalo complex each season (3 seasons per year). So if a given division plays a season at Buffalo, they play the next season's games at Saddlebrook, and vice versa. But there is no precedent for having part of 1 division play among themselves at one complex while the other part of the same division plays at another complex during the same season. It takes scores of players, managers, and volunteers to build and maintain a league. I'm sure it will be quite a bit of time before there are enough folks down south to build a viable league of any kind when compared to how soon the new complex will be ready, at the pace they are working on it. Similar to the end of your video, it just makes for interesting speculation in the meantime.

Leagues, divisions, however they’re divided, the point is that the villages is growing in the south areas and will likely double in population, or more, in the next 20-30 years. There is a need for these types of amenities at the south end. It’s doubtful that this is the last we’ll see of ball fields at this end as well as many things new and not contemplated before.
