Pedi / Mani disappointment

My mom just move her 4 weeks ago and today we went to our second different nail salon and very disappointed. I understand coming from Dallas, TX I needed to lowered my expectations but the quality of service is amateur at best.

I do not want to mention the two locations more than to say off 466. We would appreciate any recommendations.
