Default Foul smell in water

Gilcrist village.....has anyone noticed the smell of the water especially this past week. It's been very strong & distasteful too.

It's because of snowbird poop !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ponds turn over when the weather turns cool, bottom decompositions rise.

Had that here in St. James. If you call the water company, they will come out and clean out the main water supply for your area, which services several homes around you. That's what we did.
When speaking with the gentleman who came out to do this, he told me it is supposed to be done once per quarter. I told him it had never been done in three years. As he dug deeper and deeper to find the cap in the ground, I think he realized I was correct.

For what we pay for water it should be properly maintained and serviced.

I think they mean non-potable water.

its geeting so you have to float a loan to pay the bill.

I hadn't used my irrigation system for most of August and September and had high bills both months. I checked my control box to be certain that it was shut off and recently that we were only watering 2x a week

I call for a check on leaks
