We have a 3 br CYV Grantham model...this past August when we had the hot, hot weather, our electric bill was $125. I thought that was high, but I believe that is about as high as it is going to get as the temps become nicer. We keep our setting at 77 degrees at all times.

Wow, In our 3000 ft house in Memphis we paid $500 for gas, electric, water and sewer last August. Almost $175 for water and sewer. We're empty nesters.
Even though watering your lawn does not go down the sewer you pay based on water consumption. We have nice size lot.
Can't wait to come TV and save some $$.

Our 3/2 designer was $109 in December - with all the Xmas lights, too!
