Default Need Info On Pergola Installation

Looking for your basic intro to pergolas, hoping to hear from happy pergola owners and also those who have had problems with them. We have a huge area on the north side of our house, complete with an easement, that seems to be ideal for a pergola. Interested in how often you use yours, approximate cost, who the best installers are , and any other pertinent information you would like to share.
Thanking you in advance for your help,

Ron Rufrano

First thing you need approval from community standards. Go to VCDD community standards find you're district and read the rules.

Our next door neighbor had Next Dimension Landscaping do theirs, very nice job. I agree with above, get approval first, I know from first hand experience there are situations where you are not allowed to build even though you own the property.
